• Family Man—Ron and his wife Jamie have called Lancaster home for nearly two decades.

• Stop Crime Now—We need tough, immediate action to combat gangs and take back our city from the criminals. Ron will put more deputies and code enforcement officers on patrol—even if it means cutting other city programs.

• More Accountability At City Hall—Ron will insist on strict standards of financial accountability. He will hold regular “Meet Your Councilman” community coffees to share the concerns of local residents.

• Safer Neighborhoods—Ron will work to reduce excessive speeding on our city streets and he will oppose Section 8 housing that brings crime and blight to our community.

• A Better Quality of Life—As Planning Commission Chairman, Ron created a Citizens Architectural Design Committee to increase public participation in city planning decisions.

• More Education and Job Training—Education is vital to our city’s future. That’s why Ron served as the Campaign Chair of the successful Measure R campaign to expand Antelope Valley College.

• New Amenities— We shouldn’t have to eat or shop in other communities! Under Ron’s leadership, the Planning Commission has approved plans to bring more restaurants and shopping centers to Lancaster.
